Who can use Canadiense.online? Anyone in Canada can use Canadiense.online to post ads or list their businesses, provided they adhere to our terms of service.
Is Canadiense.online secure? Yes, Canadiense.online uses HTTPS for secure information transmission and bank-grade security to protect all connections. We do not store any financial information.
Posting Ads
How many ads can I post for free? You can post one ad per day for free, and each free ad will remain active for six months.
How can I post more ads? If you want to post more than one ad per day, you can purchase a subscription. The subscription allows you to post up to 50 ads per month, each lasting six months.
What happens after I post an ad? Once you post an ad, it will be marked as pending and reviewed by a moderator. Approved ads will then be visible on the platform. Subscribers’ ads are approved automatically without moderation.
Can I edit or delete my ad? Yes, you can edit or delete your ad by logging into your account and navigating to your dashboard.
Subscriptions
What does a subscription include? A subscription includes:
Up to 50 ads per month (each valid for six months)
Business directory listings that remain visible as long as the subscription is active
How long does a subscription last? Subscriptions are valid for one month and can be renewed as needed.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted? We accept payments through:
Interac e-Transfer (Canada)
PayPal
Credit cards (processed via Stripe)
How do I pay using Interac e-Transfer? Follow these steps:
Use our official email address provided on the website.
Include the order number in the comments section of your transfer.
Use the same email address for the transfer as the one associated with your account for faster issue resolution if needed.
Is my financial information safe? Yes, we do not store any financial information. All payments are processed securely through trusted providers (Interac, Stripe, and PayPal).

What type of ads can I post? You can post ads in various categories, including personal classifieds, services, and items for sale. However, all ads must comply with our terms of service and legal requirements.
Are there restrictions on ad content? Yes, we do not allow:
Harmful, illegal, or dangerous content
Content that promotes illegal activities or violates Canadian laws
Explicit or inappropriate content that could harm our platform or users
Human trafficking or exploitative content

How do you handle ads with sexually explicit content? Users posting personal classifieds with explicit content are fully responsible for compliance with our guidelines and Canadian laws. Canadiense.online actively opposes human trafficking and will report violations to authorities.
